We are seeking a Learning Support Contracts Administrator to provide confidential administrative support in the creation and maintenance of additional learning support allocation contracts and staffing contracts. This role is crucial for ensuring that additional learning support is accurately recorded for funding purposes.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Work closely with the Curriculum Resources Manager and the Transition Manager.
  • Provide administrative support for the creation and maintenance of contracts.
  • Ensure accurate recording of additional learning support for funding purposes.
  • Manage data confidently and proficiently using Excel.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent skills in Excel.
  • Confidence with maths and handling data.
  • Ability to manage confidential information.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 15:00 (with a half-hour lunch break), term time only.
