Panoramic Associates is currently working with a Multi Academy Trust in Hampshire to recruit an HR Administrator! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with HR or admin/office experience. You do not need to have your CIPD Level 3 but if you do the school will support your training. You do not need to have worked in a school before, this is a fantastic opportunity to get into a great organisation.

Role Overview:

In this varied role, you'll support payroll processing, recruitment, onboarding, and HR compliance, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You'll also be the first point of contact for staff HR queries, escalating complex matters as needed.

? Payroll & HR Admin - Process payroll changes, pay claims & contract variations? Recruitment & Onboarding - Organise pre-employment checks & support hiring managers? Employee Records & Compliance - Maintain GDPR-compliant HR records & update staff details? Staff Support - Monitor absences & provide first-line HR advice
