This is a big role, being accountable for 450 indirectly per shift with multiple senior managers reporting into you. You will be responsible for achieving key objectives in cost, quality, customer satisfaction and health & safety, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

What will you be doing?

  • Leading, coaching yet crucially empowering the Production Management Team to meet business targets and drive improvements.
  • Optimising production processes to meet customer demands, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.
  • Managing production budgets and ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Driving performance against key global metrics, including cost efficiency, quality, safety, and plant utilisation.
  • Implementing local production strategies that align with global business objectives and initiatives.
  • Contributing to site-wide and global programs, such as health & safety rollouts and collaboration with research and development.

  • Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within the FMCG sector.
