About the role of Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-respected sub- contractor who work alongside VINCI, Balfour Beatty, Beard, Morgan Sindall and many more supplying an amazing groundworks package.
Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Accurate monthly forecasting
- Producing and sending enquiries with relevant documentation to subcontractors
- Producing monthly reports and cost value reconciliations
- Managing any change and producing compensation events
- Produce, submit, and agree monthly application with the client
- Liaise with operational and engineering staff
- Attending weekly progress meetings
- Working collaboratively with the bid and estimating team
Requirements for Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Degree-qualified in a Quantity Surveying subject or equivalent
- Experience working on groundworks or similar sector
- Candidates must be able to prove their eligibility to work in the UK
