Senior Quantity Surveyor

Bennett and Game are pleased to be representing a well-established and growing quantity surveying and project management consultancy based in Winchester, who are currently seeking a senior quantity surveyor to join them. Our client is paying up to 70k plus an extremely attractive package. You will be working on bespoke, high end prime residential, country homes and some interesting projects for high-net-worth clients. This position also offers hybrid working and the opportunity to join a growing business at their head office in Winchester.

• Reporting to - Associate Director
• Monday to Friday
• Office: Winchester
• Projects around the area and some further afield
• Start Date: As soon as possible - Happy to wait for notice periods

• Ideally MRICS
• Experienced in JCT contract formation and administration
• Experienced in valuation
• Experienced in final account negotiation
• Experienced in estimation and cost planning
• Past PQS experience extremely beneficial

• Salary: 55,000 - 70,000 possible more for the right candidate
