Our client operates this prestigious 4-star Hotel based in the Lake district, providing rosette dining in their fine dining restaurant, alongside banqueting, being very busy with Weddings through the Spring & Summer months, busy bar area and newly built terrace area within the grounds and hotel of this stunning country property, this is a multi faceted role for an experienced hotel or multi outlet head chef.


You will be currently working within a fresh food led kitchen as a head chef, with experience in high quality banqueting, the ideal candidate will have a proven background in a similar standard of kitchen and have experience managing teams of 15-20 chefs


The ideal head chef candidate will be able to demonstrate:

- Experience working in a multi rosette/Michelin environment, be in restaurant, hotel or even Gastro pub.

- Excellent Kitchen management, from H&S to haccp, wastage control, labour costs & Menu costing

- Spot on knowledge of seasonal produce, and utilising ingredients in a creative way for the award-winning menu

- The skills, knowledge & desire to enthuse chefs to push themselves for perfection every day
