About the Role:As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Retail Marketing to support the execution of multi-million-pound performance marketing campaigns. Your focus will be on driving efficient customer engagement and commercial success. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a culture of performance excellence within a fast-paced marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and execution of distinctive performance marketing activities that maximise sales, Cost Per Sale (CPS), and Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI).Identify innovative opportunities to connect the brand with consumers, enhancing reappraisal and consideration.Act as a digital expert in wider Above-the-Line (ATL) campaigns, contributing from media planning to creative development.Develop creative, attention-grabbing content tailored for various platforms that motivates customer action.Facilitate the launch of new propositions and products using a multi-channel approach, focusing on market exploration and iterative learning.Collaborate with agency partners and the Head of Retail Marketing to establish a clear, actionable performance marketing roadmap.Champion performance marketing best practises, ensuring top-notch execution through collaboration with agencies and platforms.Provide insightful reporting on paid media performance, helping the business identify trading opportunities and trends.Foster collaboration across business units by delivering an integrated view of planning and best practises.
