A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and tech-savvy part-time Office Manager/ Administrator (20 hours per week) to join an innovative and friendly technology solutions company in Windsor. The successful candidate will ideally have previous office management experience and have proficiency in Salesforce and/ or Xero.

£40k pro rata* (£40k is full-time salary)

20 hours per week, 10am - 2pm, Monday- Friday

Office-based in Windsor.

Parking is provided.

  • Supporting the CEO/ Executive Team with administrative duties.
  • Diary/ travel management.
  • General office management and administration.
  • Expenses.
  • Timesheet billing.
  • Managing and updating CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Manage team performance and organisational procedures.
  • Responsible for Health and Safety, implementing and updating the manuals.
  • Listening to colleagues to remove or adjust any requirements for a better workflow.
  • Learning daily process within each department.
  • Building own knowledge base with self-learning of new systems.
  • Support the team as well as actively using training resources available.
  • View any problem that may arise and/ or implement change before a problem arises.

Skills:

  • Experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS office and Excel.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce & Xero.
  • Able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Fast-learner.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, enthusiastic with genuine initiative.
  • Delivery of high customer service levels.
  • Be an effective member of the team and lead by example to drive the business forward
