Senior Estimator - Groundworks & Concrete Frame
Salary up to 80,000 (depending on experience)
Based in Windsor
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator with a minimum of 6 years' proven experience in the groundworks and concrete frame industry. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-value commercial projects up to 40m, reporting directly to the Head of Estimating.
You will play a key role in managing tender applications and submissions, ensuring competitive and accurate cost assessments. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the bid process from start to finish, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to secure successful project wins.
Key Responsibilities
- As a Senior Estimator, you will be managing the entire bid process, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
- As a Senior Estimator, you will be preparing and submitting tenders for high-value groundworks and concrete frame projects.
- As a Senior Estimator, you will be analysing drawings, specifications, and contract documents to provide detailed cost assessments.
- As a Senior Estimator, you will be engaging with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and ensure bid accuracy.
What We're Looking For
- As a Senior Estimator, you will be bringing a minimum of 6 years of experience as an Estimator within the groundworks and concrete frame sector.
- As a Senior Estimator, you will be demonstrating a proven track record in handling tenders for projects up to 40m.
- As a Senior Estimator, you will be applying strong technical knowledge of groundworks, RC frames, and civil engineering principles.
- As a Senior Estimator, you will be familiar with standard contract forms such as NEC-JCT.
