Hours: Monday to Friday Rotating 3 Shifts.

Salary: From 31K upwards depending on experience.

Our client has a permanent opportunity to join their large manufacturing site in Winsford. You will supervise a group of team members using effective feedback and communication of companygoalswhile assessing work performance and identifying areas for improvement and training opportunities. Effectively communicate businessgoals, deadlines and performance. Liaise with Management team on a daily basis.

Duties and responsibilities:

To Supervise and partake in the production teams activities as required in order that the Company can produce products to customer standards and specifications.

Maintain a flexible working attitude at all times to ensure the overall success of the team/business.

Support production by organising the work area in order to meet all production requirements.

Complete equipment maintenance as required through a preventative maintenance program.

Operate in accordance the requirements of TS 16949, Integrated ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001

Follow 5S workplace disciplines.

Work as a team to achieve continuous improvements.

liaise with other Team personnel to ensure achievement of targets for presses/cells.

Monitor process equipment performance to ensure consistency throughout the production process.

Co-ordinate personnel to carry out productive, effective and safe operation of all duties, plant machinery and equipment within all appropriate Company standards and procedures.

Ensure personnel work and comply with all Company Rules and Regulations including timekeeping and attendance.

Maintain good discipline of departmental employees and promote good industrial relations including support of disciplinary meetings as required.

Ensure excellent housekeeping is maintained at all times.

Complete and comply with all formats of reporting/recording systems as required.

Work with the team to build and maintain a good team environment.

Provide backup to the Department Manager and his/her Team.

To ensure that the Companys Health, Safety & Environmental Policy and Statutory Legislation is complied with and that all duties are performed by preventing any adverse effect to the Health and Safety of the jobholder, fellow employees or visitors while on the premises.
