As a result of a busy order book, they are now at a point where they need to hire an additional administrator to work in their team to support the directors and managers. Your new roleYour job will be busy and varied! You'll deal with everything from office admin on behalf of the managers and directors to placing orders for materials, raise purchase orders, liaise with customers, support the accountant by inputting invoices to customer accounts. You'll work with Excel spreadsheets, Word and Outlook as well as their customer database.What you'll need to succeedIt's really important that applicants have experience of administrative tasks in office-based jobs.
