Senior AdministratorWitney£25000-£30000We are looking to recruit a Senior Administrator to join a client of ours, based in their modern office in Witney, providing high quality and professional support services to their office and the wider business where needed. This is a full-time, office-based position with a salary of £25000-30000 dependant on experience, working within a close-knit fun team.This is a growing, dynamic business with offices across the UK and they are continuing to expand swiftly.  Providing a range of construction consultancy services across a wide range of industry sectors, the ideal person would have a genuine interest in historic and heritage buildings.Ideally, we are searching for someone who is looking for progression!  The client would like an individual who has some solid Senior Administrator experience, is really engaged, excellent at using their initiative and has a strong desire and the ability to learn and work their way up to the role of Office Manager eventually.  You should have advanced working knowledge with Microsoft office, in particular Word, Excel and Project, have great organisational and planning skills as well as being able to prioritise your workload. As a Senior Administrator for this company, you would be entitled to 25daysholiday, plus bank holidays annually, Pension, Fantastic office team building events (Junkyard gold, rock climbing/paddle boarding etc) Health plan scheme, Early finish incentives and great health and wellbeing programme.Senior Administrator duties (to include but not exhaustive)
  • Audio/Copy Typing/Travel arrangements/Supply chain ordering and other day to day administrator tasks for the growing team
  • PA duties/Diary Management/ Answering phone calls/emails
  • Prepare, check and coordinate documentation
  • Assist with producing tender and bid documentation.
  • Book meetings/refreshments and maintain conference room diary/prepare agendas and associated paperwork/take minutes/issue minutes and follow up
  • Supporting central teams with invoices/purchase orders/timesheets/expenses etc
  • Keeping CRM Database updated
This job is located in Witney with free parking on site.
