Salary: 18,000 - 24,000 per year (83.50 - 90 per day, pro-rata)

• 1:1 support for a Year 5 student with attention challenges, helping them engage in learning
• Implement ELSA strategies to support emotional well-being and confidence
• Use Team Teach techniques to manage focus and engagement effectively
• Work closely with the SENCO, teachers & external specialists to develop individual learning strategies
• Encourage a positive and inclusive classroom experience, helping the student thrive socially and academically

• Experienced 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant in Witney (OX29), with a passion for SEN support
• ELSA training or experience supporting emotional literacy & well-being
• Team Teach training or a strong understanding of behaviour management strategies
• Knowledge of attention challenges & strategies to support engagement A caring, patient, and adaptable approach to learning support
