Our fantastic client based in Woking are seeking a temporary Customer Service Administrator to join the business for the next 3 months. This role would suit someone with previous office experience and a passion for customer service.
Duties:
- Provide a first-class service to customers through face-to-face, email, and telephone contact
- Ensure customer enquiries are responded to within timescales
- Escalating queries to the relevant colleague or department as necessary
- Accurately record customer contact information on the CRM system
- Process customer applications within statutory timescales, liaising with relevant teams
- Maintain the filing system
- Assist the team with queries and complaints as needed
- Provide administrative support to the team as required
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience handling calls from customers
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to multi-task effectively
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office packages
