My Construction client are looking for a Business Development Executive to join them on a permanent basis. This is a full time role where you will be based from their offices in Surrey.

Initially the role will start as a phone sales role, and after 12 months or so or however quickly you progress, you will start seeing customers face to face.

You will be speaking to trade customers, selling the companies products. All leads will be provided and most of them will be customers that have used the company before.

All product training will also be provided. Due to the location of their offices and role progression, you will need to be able to drive and own a car to get there.

They are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous phone sales experience
  • Is confident in speaking to people over the phone
  • Can build relationships
  • Is hungry to earn money and has a passion for sales
  • Any construction industry experience would be an advantage but not essential
