- Proactively manage diary and calendar scheduling for the Director, ensuring efficient time management
- Arrange all travel and logistical needs, including meeting preparation, expenses, and other operational tasks
- Ensure the Director is fully prepared for meetings by providing all relevant documentation
- Manage and prioritise incoming correspondence, including emails, drafting responses where appropriate
- Provide diary and travel support to the wider leadership team when required
- Organise and coordinate meetings, including scheduling and agenda preparation
- Support budget management, including processing purchase orders, obtaining approvals, checking invoices, and receipting
- Experience using procurement systems would be an advantage
- Minimum of 5 years experience supporting Director-level executives or above
- Experience managing complex calendars across multiple time zones
- Previous experience working in a global corporate environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident prioritising workload
- Immediate availability to start a new role
