Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Process fundraising data and manage Gift Aid details
  • Ensure GDPR compliance and data accuracy
  • Assist with data segmentation for email campaigns and event analysis
  • Handle email and phone queries professionally
  • Assist with event pack issues and technical registration queries
  • Pack and distribute event materials
  • Assist with Help Desk setup at events

Key skills and experience required:

  • Office administration and CRM experience
