We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Advisor or Officer to provide immediate support to our busy HR team. This is a temporary position lasting at least 3-4 weeks, with the potential for extension. The role involves a mix of employee relations (ER) tasks, note-taking, and general HR administration. For this role you must be available immediately to start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling employee relations (ER) cases, including disciplinaries, sickness, and absence management
  • Taking accurate notes during meetings
  • Supporting day-to-day HR administrative tasks
  • Providing an extra pair of hands in a fast-paced and busy HR environment

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience as a HR Advisor or Officer
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations (ER) processes
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working in a busy environment with minimal supervision
  • Live locally to ensure you can get to the Woking office 5 days per week
