Senior Finance Business Partner - Professional Services

We’re recruiting on behalf of a private equity backed organisation recognised for its dynamic and trusted approach to engaging and empowering individuals through a portfolio of leading specialist brands.

What you’ll be doing:

The Senior Finance Business Partner will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance across the organisation, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, budgeting, forecasting, and providing strategic support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). The successful candidate will act as a key business advisor, ensuring financial insights are used to influence decision making and shape the overall business strategy. You will be the link between finance and the wider business, translating complex financial data into actionable insights for both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Are you a fully qualified Finance Business Partner with an analytical mindset? Do you have advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse, interpret, and communicate data clearly and effectively?

What we need you to bring to the business:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong experience in data analysis, financial modelling, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and present complex financial information clearly.
  • Proven track record of business partnering with senior leadership teams, providing both strategic and operational financial support.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and delivering value.
  • Proficient in financial reporting software and advanced Excel skills. Experience with ERP systems, BI tools, and data analytics platforms is desirable.
  • Demonstrable experience in driving process improvements and implementing financial systems.
