Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 3:30 pm)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist trained therapists in implementing strategies to support students with SEMH challenges.
Provide one-to-one and group support, helping students develop emotional regulation and social skills.

Support students in managing their behaviour and overcoming barriers to learning.
Act as a positive role model, promoting resilience, self-confidence, and emotional well-being.
