Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the audit department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base.
- Drive business development initiatives and contribute to the firm's growth strategy.
- Oversee the planning and execution of audit assignments, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
- Mentor, develop, and manage the performance of audit staff.
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
- Proven experience in leading and managing audit teams.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing standards and financial reporting.
- Minimum of 5 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.
