Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the audit department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base.
• Drive business development initiatives and contribute to the firm's growth strategy.
• Oversee the planning and execution of audit assignments, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
• Mentor, develop, and manage the performance of audit staff.

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience in leading and managing audit teams.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing standards and financial reporting.
• Minimum of 5 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.
