Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, both in person and over the phone.

- Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring all arrangements are made and details are covered.
- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems.
- Support other team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
