As a Case handler you will provide a high-quality service to customers by resolving their complaints on time.

Start Date: 16th September 2024

Day Rate: £165 - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this

Location: Penderford Business Park - Hybrid working available after induction training

Working hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday between 08:00-18:00

What skills you need.

  • A minimum of 12 months financial services complaint handling experience
  • Business Banking product experience would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Commitment to work at client's office in Pendeford
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
  • Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
