The company: A well-established innovative manufacturer providing industrial solutions to the European market
Main duties: Working within a designated region, you will be responsible to maintain and grow the customer base
The role:- Be responsible for outbound calling to new and existing customers in order to sell product and services- Answer inbound calls and enquires providing great customer service with the intent to increase sales- Follow up on dormant accounts- To create quotes with regular follow ups- Attend sales training as required- Ensure Health and safety standards are adhered to
The candidate:- Fluent in Finnish (written and spoken ) essential- Inside sales or telesales experience preferred- Target orientated - Excellent communication skills with strong and confident telephone manner- Organised, motivated and a strong work ethic- IT literate
The salary: Up to £28,000 per annum depending on experience
