- Oversee all core functions: sales, operations, customer service, marketing, and finance
- Manage and lead the warehouse team, ensuring efficient workflows, stock control, and proper health & safety practices
- Open/close the site as key holder and ensure all operational areas are running efficiently
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team across all departments, promoting a positive working culture
- Take ownership of customer experience and supplier relationships to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor financial performance, introduce cost efficiencies, and drive growth strategies
- Manage and coordinate orders, including logistics and fulfilment
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence working closely with the BDM
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety, operational, and quality standards
- Work Saturdays as part of your regular working week (51 hrs total)
- Proven experience in a Sales & Operations, Site Management, or Branch Leadership role
- Experience in managing warehouse teams and overseeing operational efficiency
- Background in FMCG, retail, or distribution preferred
- A confident decision-maker who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Commercially astute with a proactive, solutions-led approach
- Organised and process-driven, with excellent communication skills
- Willing and able to work Saturdays and 51 hours per week
