  • Provide day to day advice and guidance to line managers and staff
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to support with recruitment
  • Employee onboarding, creating contracts, reference checks and new starter inductions
  • Employee relations, supporting with case work, leading meetings and note taking.
  • People systems and data, ensuring all data is up to date and making informed decisions based on this.
  • Learning and development, communications and employee engagement

  • Experience working as a HR Coordinator in a fast-paced environment
  • You will be an excellent communicator who is able to build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Organised and a self-starter
