- Provide day to day advice and guidance to line managers and staff
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to support with recruitment
- Employee onboarding, creating contracts, reference checks and new starter inductions
- Employee relations, supporting with case work, leading meetings and note taking.
- People systems and data, ensuring all data is up to date and making informed decisions based on this.
- Learning and development, communications and employee engagement
- Experience working as a HR Coordinator in a fast-paced environment
- You will be an excellent communicator who is able to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Organised and a self-starter
