Your new role
Working as part of a wider HR team, you will be supporting the full employee life-cycle. Leading on recruitment for the organisation, you will ensure that adverts are engaging and inclusive. You'll manage any queries from prospective applicants and coordinate the interview to offer process. Once offered, you will coordinate on-boarding, from right to work and DBS checks through to issuing contracts. Alongside this, you will work with colleagues to update any employee changes, such as promotions, leave requests and changes to terms.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator or HR Coordinator who has experience dealing with a range of employment queries. You should be confident with HR and IT systems, including applicant tracking systems.

This role is initially a 10-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension. It's hybrid working, with 1 day a week at home and 4 days in their offices in Central Wolverhampton.
