Believe and Sons Ltd is a growing recruitment and business support firm committed to connecting great people with outstanding opportunities. As we expand, we’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team and help shape the company’s people strategy and operations.

About the Role

This is a hands-on HR leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function — from recruitment and employee relations to policy development and organizational compliance. You’ll work closely with management to support both strategic goals and employee well-being across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment and on-boarding processes
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment law and HR best practices
  • Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes
  • Provide advice and support to line managers on people matters
  • Maintain HR records, contracts, and right-to-work documentation
  • Coordinate staff training and development programmes
  • Monitor HR metrics and report regularly to senior management
  • Support visa sponsorship compliance (if applicable)
Requirements

? Minimum 2 years’ experience in an HR Manager or Senior HR Officer role

? Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR compliance

? Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

? CIPD Level 5 (or working towards it) highly desirable

? Strong administrative and organizational ability

? Right to work in the UK
