About the RoleThis is a hands-on HR leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function — from recruitment and employee relations to policy development and organizational compliance. You’ll work closely with management to support both strategic goals and employee well-being across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Lead full-cycle recruitment and on-boarding processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law and HR best practices
- Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes
- Provide advice and support to line managers on people matters
- Maintain HR records, contracts, and right-to-work documentation
- Coordinate staff training and development programmes
- Monitor HR metrics and report regularly to senior management
- Support visa sponsorship compliance (if applicable)
? Minimum 2 years’ experience in an HR Manager or Senior HR Officer role
? Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR compliance
? Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
? CIPD Level 5 (or working towards it) highly desirable
? Strong administrative and organizational ability
? Right to work in the UK
