We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Officer / HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our human resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

As part of our leadership team, you’ll help shape the workplace culture, support employee development, and ensure our HR operations run smoothly and in line with employment law.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment and onboarding process
  • Maintain and update employee records in accordance with GDPR
  • Support performance management and staff development programs
  • Handle staff grievances, disciplinary procedures, and absence tracking
  • Ensure legal compliance with HR and employment regulations
  • Process changes to payroll, leave, contracts, and benefits
  • Coordinate training schedules and monitor effectiveness
  • Advise managers on HR policies, contracts, and employment law
  • Support visa and right-to-work compliance where applicable
  • Contribute to building a positive and inclusive workplace culture
