IT Support - Apple/Linux
Duration:Â Â Â Â Â Temporary until July
Location: Â Â Â Wolverhampton (Hybrid working)
Pay Rate:Â Â Negotiable depending on experience
Hours:Â Â Â Â Â 37.5 Hours per week
Duties/Responsibilities:
- To troubleshoot and support Apple technology, apps and services within the Apple ecosystem
- Provide support to staff and students
- Using our Service Management Tool (Service Now) respond and resolve queries in the area of Apple and Linux as swiftly as possible
- Assist and share expertise with the wider team
- Provide a conduit between lower-level tiers of support and Digital Architecture (Apple/Linux)
- Contribute with developing appropriate documentation in the area of support
Required systems experience:
- Must have experience of supporting Apple and Linux and the associated technologies using modern management tools such as Jamf or equivalent to help maintain apps and services running on these platforms
