Job Title: Admin Assistant
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: £24,960
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Company Benefits: 26 days paid holiday + statutory holidays
Duties Will Include:
- Raising of Sales Invoices
- Raising of Packing notes and documents related to CBAM requirements
- Ensuring related POD’s are scanned and filed for easy access
- Liaising with Sales Department to ensure all documents are correct
- Checking and posting of Purchase Invoice’s
- Checking and reconciliation of Vendor Statements
- Dealing with Customer and Vendor Queries via phone or email
Skills and Experience Needed:
- Experience within a similar office admin role would be beneficial
- Good attention to detail
- Good communication skills - both written and oral
- Excellent organisational skills
