Your new roleYou will be working within a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Wolverhampton, committed to providing a supportive and nurturing environment for its students. They are looking for a reliable and efficient school administrator to join their team.

What you'll need to succeedAs a School Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the school's administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the reception area and answering telephone calls.
  • Inputting attendance records and maintaining accurate databases.
  • Performing general administrative duties such as photocopying, printing, and filing.
  • Using Microsoft Outlook for emails and Microsoft Teams for communication.
  • Handling ParentPay for communication with parents/carers.
  • Utilising SIMS for pupil management.
