OverviewI am seeking a positive, organised Accounts Administrator to join my Wednesfield based client. This business boasts a great team of people who will offer support and training to the successful candidate.
We are happy to consider applications from people starting out in their career and wishing to develop their skills in accounts and administration, and from individuals with a higher level of experience who need some flexibility in their working week.
Main Duties
- Processing purchase invoices
- Overseeing customer purchasing activity via their website and other e-commerce platforms
- Maintaining accurate records using Sage
- Tracking and verifying supplier pricing and costs from service providers
- Monitoring utility usage and investigating unexpected spikes
- Offering administrative support to the Finance Director when required
Requirements
- An understanding of the basic principals of transactional accounts
- Good Excel knowledge
- Strong attention to detail, with a passion for problem solving
- An ability to think ahead and anticipate issues
