Your new companyHays are working with a well established charity who are on the lookout for temporary support within their Sales Ledger/AR team. Your new role
- Reconciliation of remittance advice to individual accounts, on a monthly or 4 weekly basis, alongside individual reconciliation of account where required.
- Debt recovery.
- Posting cash.
- Maintaining ledgers.
- Allocation and posting of monies received.
- Invoicing and crediting accounts where appropriate.
- Financial Analysis/Investigation - Query resolution
What you'll need to succeedYou will have sound experience within a similar previous Sales Ledger/Accounts Receivable role. The team are looking for someone who has a keen eye for numbers, and is comfortable investigating and resolving issues/queries. You will have good communication skills and be able to work independently. What you'll get in return
