Our client is a primary school who seeks someone with the Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification to work alongside pupils with varying needs in the classroom. Your role will work across all year groups, providing support and delivering lessons under the guidance of our teaching staff. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education and looking to make a positive impact on students' learning experiences. Your new role
- Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons across various subjects.
- Provide targeted support to students, including those with special educational needs.
- Lead small group sessions and interventions to boost student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers to assess student performance and adapt teaching strategies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support classroom management and maintain a safe and orderly classroom.
What you'll need to succeed
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience working in a primary school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
