  • At least a 2:1 bachelor’s degree in psychology, or a related field.

  • Some understanding of special educational needs.
  • Previous experience of supporting pupils, or working in a school setting, is beneficial but not mandatory.
The Role:
  • Providing 1:1 and small group interventions to KS1 and KS2 pupils with slight autism, ADHD, and dyslexia.
  • Working in close collaboration with teaching staff to create a positive learning environment.
  • Adapting learning materials to suit the individual needs of each pupil.
  • Participating in activities with the wider school community.
