Reed are delighted to be working with a highly respected organisation in Woodbridge, who are seeking a HR Advisor to join their friendly and supportive team 12 Month FTC  (Maternity cover).

With a Salary £35,000 on offer, this role will suit an experienced HR professional who has experience in conducting appraisals, handling ER cases and more.

The working hours: Monday to Friday – 08:30 – 17:00

Location: Woodbridge, Suffolk

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Supporting managers and employees on various HR issues, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legislation• Providing coaching and mentoring to managers and staff on best practices and HR processes• Managing employee relations cases, such as grievances, disciplinaries, absence, and redundancy• Performance evaluation and appraisals• Overseeing staff contracts, holiday, and sickness• Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices

The skills and experience required:

• Experience in a Human Resources role conducting duties, as above. (No CIPD required)• A proven track record of delivering HR solutions in a fast-paced and complex environment• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels• A high level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism• A good knowledge of HR best practices and employment law• Strong IT skills.
