Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in daily operations, ensuring high standards.
- Lead the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring freshness and quality.
- Manage and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a similar setting.
- Passion for fresh food and high culinary standards.
- Ability to drive (essential due to the location).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
