Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (plus bonus scheme & performance bonus)
The Role:
We're looking for an enthusiastic and diverse sales professional to take on a lead position within our growing windows and internal door business. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to generate leads and close deals. Your industry knowledge and experience will be crucial in building strong client relationships and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through various channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the windows, doors, or building materials industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of uPVC windows, bi-fold doors, internal doors, and building materials.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid UK Driving Licence.
