Job Title: Warehouse Dispatch Supervisor

Location: Worcester Are you an experienced warehouse professional with a passion for leadership and efficiency? 

• Picking & Shipping: Ensure all warehouse shipments are batched using the correct shipping methods and picks are created efficiently. Investigate nil stocks and report significant discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.

• Dispatch Management: Resolve any failed shipments and manually dispatch orders if necessary. Check the system to ensure all orders have been processed and report any fraud checks or address issues to Customer Services for approval.

• Team Supervision: Issue staff workloads, ensuring all tasks align with the shift manager's instructions.

• Operational Leadership: Supervise warehouse personnel, ensuring the smooth running of the order dispatch operation, including training and performance management.

• Efficiency & Productivity: Ensure productivity targets are met while maintaining accuracy in order dispatch.

• Team Motivation: Inspire and develop a high-performing team by fostering team spirit and maximizing potential.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and effective inventory control.

• Health & Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

• Proven experience in a warehouse/distribution environment.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in computer systems, including email, spreadsheets, and warehouse data systems.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for quality control.

• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting company requirements.
