Job Title: Product Developer
Location: Worcester
Salary: up to £30,000 depending on experience
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week

Duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
- Responsible for the creation of detailed product specifications.
- Carry out research into market trends, customer requirements and benchmarking to identify future opportunities
- Analyse sales data to inform new product development to make sure product is viable in terms of cost, profit, and time
- Assist in presenting at sales meetings and product sign off.
- Collaborate with suppliers, and manufacturers to refine designs and source materials.
- Manage the sampling process and coordinate fabric testing.
- Assist Marketing with technical support and ensure it is delivered in line with the launch plan.
Skills and Experience needed:
- A degree in fashion and textiles would be advantageous
- Previous experience within a similar product designer role would be beneficial
- You must possess both a creative flair and technical curiosity.
- Experience of Adobe design package, especially Adobe Illustrator for garment flat CADs.
- Knowledge of textile performance.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate with global team.
- Skilled in coordinating multiple projects running alongside each other and attention to detail to look for process efficiencies and cost saving opportunities
