We are currently recruiting for an experienced Permanent Recruitment Consultant who is committed to providing a professional knowledge-based service.

This is a full time, office-based position that can offer a highly competitive basic salary, excellent commission structure, free gym memberships, team breakfast on Friday’s, enhanced annual leave entitlement, weekly wellbeing hours, paid bereavement leave and much more!

To be considered you must be able to demonstrate a minimum of 1-2 years in permanent recruitment with a proven track record in sales and an understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process.

You must be a driver with access to your own transportation.

Permanent Recruitment Consultant main duties:

  • Working as a recruitment consultant, you'll attract candidates by drafting advertising copy for use in a range of media and job boards, as well headhunting and through referrals.
  • You'll will screen candidates, interview them and finally match them to clients.
  • You will use sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies
  • Organise interviews for candidates as requested by the client
  • Informing candidates about the results of interviews
  • Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between clients and candidates

Recruitment Consultant required skills and experience:

  • Experience in a permanent recruitment role
  • High energy and a great work ethic
  • Previous sales experience essential
  • Thrives on working to targets and driving your own success

  • Driving license and access to transportation
