We are recruiting for a Trainee Permanent Recruitment Consultant who is committed to providing a professional service, to join our ever expanding team.We are looking for a sales and customer service professional who will welcome training to become a successful consultant.

We have built a team of successful consultants who are gaining a reputation for delivering quality recruitment expertise to some of the biggest and most exciting organisations in and around Worcestershire, Herefordshire, and Gloucestershire.
This is an office based role working Monday - Friday 08:30am - 17:00pm.
We are looking for RELIABLE, COMMITTED, CUSTOMER FOCUSED AND SALES DRIVEN INDIVIDUALS. We can offer expert training in our industry but what we can’t train is ATTITUDE, DRIVE and AMBITION.
You must have a driving license and access to a car to be considered.
What you will do:
- Sourcing the best talent for your vacancies by head hunting through a variety of different job boards, our CRM database and social media platforms.
- You will initially work closely with candidates placing them into suitable roles before sourcing your own clients and vacancies and matching the two together.
- You will manage the recruitment process by sourcing clients, taking requirements, sourcing candidates, preparing candidates for interviews, taking interview feedback and managing the offer/ feedback process.
What we are looking for:
- Confident manner with the ability to sell and deal with people both face to face and over the phone.
- Money motivated with clear goals in mind.
- Resilience and ambition with a desire to succeed.
- Good communication skills with a strong work ethic.
- IT literate including familiarity with Microsoft packages.
- A full UK driving licence with access to a car during working hours.
