Are you a motivated and hardworking individual looking to grow your career in recruitment? An established recruitment business in Worcestershire is expanding and seeking a Trainee Transport Recruitment Consultant to join their successful team!

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established transport division, offering full training and career progression. You'll play a key role in the full recruitment cycle-handling sales, customer service, and administration, all while working under the mentorship of an experienced Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with and influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Deliver excellent client service while selling recruitment solutions.
  • Conduct daily sales calls to prospective clients.
  • Attend client meetings to build and maintain relationships.
  • Manage recruitment and coordination of drivers.

What we're looking for:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • A passion for delivering top-quality service to clients and candidates.
  • Experience in sales or influencing decision-makers is a plus, but not essential.
  • Basic knowledge of the transport industry is advantageous.
