Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage management accounts, reconciliations, and financial reports
  • Analyse and report on cost variances, expenditures, and KPIs
  • Oversee payroll information, credit control, and weekly cash flow reporting
  • Manage month-end processes, including journals, VAT submissions, and expense reconciliations
  • Handle intercompany and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting
  • Ensure timely submission of PAYE, VAT, and salary payments
  • Maintain audit files and financial records
  • Support the Financial Controller with year-end budgets and ad hoc reporting

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified or Part-Qualified AAT, CIMA or relevant practical experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Manufacturing finance experience preferred but not essential
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and reconciliations
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with key stakeholders

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: £31,000 - £35,000 + discretionary bonus (paid in December, based on company and personal performance)
