Your Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage management accounts, reconciliations, and financial reports
- Analyse and report on cost variances, expenditures, and KPIs
- Oversee payroll information, credit control, and weekly cash flow reporting
- Manage month-end processes, including journals, VAT submissions, and expense reconciliations
- Handle intercompany and balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure timely submission of PAYE, VAT, and salary payments
- Maintain audit files and financial records
- Support the Financial Controller with year-end budgets and ad hoc reporting
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified or Part-Qualified AAT, CIMA or relevant practical experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Manufacturing finance experience preferred but not essential
- Proficiency in financial reporting and reconciliations
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with key stakeholders
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: £31,000 - £35,000 + discretionary bonus (paid in December, based on company and personal performance)
