The Role

Key responsibilities include managing UK corporation tax compliance across all group entities. Advising on the tax implications of business transactions. Overseeing global tax compliance, including transfer pricing and Pillar 2 reporting. Building strong relationships with HMRC and key internal stakeholders. Leading and mentoring junior tax team members.

What's Needed

10+ years' experience in UK tax, ideally within a large, commercially focused organisation. A recognised accounting or tax qualification (ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent). Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. A flexible, problem-solving mindset to adapt to changing business needs.
