About this Recruitment Consultant role:

-Client Relationship Management: Visit existing and prospect clients to build and nurture positive relationships, understanding their industry, work culture, and specific needs to provide tailored recruitment solutions.

-Candidate Sourcing and Networking: Utilise platforms like LinkedIn and other channels to source and network with potential candidates, headhunting those who are suitable for client vacancies.

-Advertising and Marketing Vacancies: Draft and place engaging job adverts across various channels, leveraging social media and other digital platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

-Interview and Selection Process: Manage the entire recruitment process, from receiving and reviewing applications to organising interviews, creating shortlists, and briefing candidates on job responsibilities and benefits.

-Negotiation and Finalisation: Negotiate salaries and terms of business with both clients and candidates, ensuring a mutually beneficial arrangement, and finalise placement details to secure successful hires.

-Performance and Target Achievement: Work towards and exceed personalised KPIs and financial targets, taking full control over your earning potential and career progression while reviewing and improving recruitment policies to enhance effectiveness.
