Job Title: Customer Support Specialist
Location: Worthing (Hybrid - minimum 3 days in office)
Hours: Monday - Friday
Pay: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Start Date: ASAP / Immediate
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Support Specialist to join one of our longstanding clients, an exciting and dedicated business in Worthing.

The Requirements:
- Customer service experience (telecoms a bonus)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence working across teams and taking ownership of tasks
- Solid IT skills, including MS Office and business systems (e.g. Autotask)
- Detail-oriented and proactive with a team-player mindset
The Role:
- Deliver excellent service via phone and email
- Maintain and grow client accounts through proactive support
- Resolve queries and first-line faults efficiently
- Recommend suitable solutions and upsell services
- Manage cancellations, complaints, and service issues
- Provide remote system training via Teams
- Process telecom orders, including number porting, licences, and SIP services
- Monitor SLAs, handle escalations, and manage support tickets
