Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Location: Worthing (Hybrid - minimum 3 days in office)

Hours: Monday - Friday

Pay: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Start Date: ASAP / Immediate

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Support Specialist to join one of our longstanding clients, an exciting and dedicated business in Worthing.

The Requirements:

  • Customer service experience (telecoms a bonus)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Confidence working across teams and taking ownership of tasks
  • Solid IT skills, including MS Office and business systems (e.g. Autotask)
  • Detail-oriented and proactive with a team-player mindset

The Role:

  • Deliver excellent service via phone and email
  • Maintain and grow client accounts through proactive support
  • Resolve queries and first-line faults efficiently
  • Recommend suitable solutions and upsell services
  • Manage cancellations, complaints, and service issues
  • Provide remote system training via Teams
  • Process telecom orders, including number porting, licences, and SIP services
  • Monitor SLAs, handle escalations, and manage support tickets
