About the Role:

As a Senior Ecologist, you'll lead and manage ecological projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients in the private sector, local authorities, and government bodies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting ecological surveys, impact assessments, and site works (e.g., Phase 1 habitat surveys, protected species assessments).
  • Advising clients on ecological considerations in planning and development.
  • Developing innovative solutions to balance development and biodiversity.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior staff.
What Are The Requirements?
  • Proven experience in ecological consultancy and project management.
  • Expertise in UK wildlife, habitats, and legislation.
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills.
