Forest Care Selection is currently supporting an innovative and national charitable provider of a variety of care and support services for individuals with a physical disability.
This provider has an opportunity for a Home Manager to oversee their specialist care home in the Worthing area.
- The home is specifically adapted to enable the best experience for residents with a physical disability.
- The Home Manager in Worthing will:
- Oversee the running of this established service and ensure its continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Supervision and development of an established staff team.
- Implement systems and procedures designed to achieve positive outcomes for individuals with a disability.
- Oversee the financial management of the service.
- Liaise effectively with all external stakeholders.
The Home Manager in Worthing will need to have:
- Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent.
- Experience of leadership in complex care home settings.
- Experience of budgetary management.
- Experience of overseeing a variety of staff teams, care and ancillary.
- Excellent communication skills.
